Refund Policy

100% Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Have uploaded all of the requirements for the project.
  • We have confirmed that we have received all of the required requirements.
  • The deliverable we provide to you does not meet the requirements.
  • You have given us at least three opportunities to edit the deliverable.
  • You are still not satisfied with the deliverable after the third edit.

If you meet all of the above criteria, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.

If you request a refund because you have changed the requirements:

  • In case the customer provides any new requirements or changes the requirements that were registered at the beginning of the project, we are allowed to make changes up to three times for each change of requirement.
  • If the changes to the requirements are so significant that they are considered a new alternative, the customer may have to pay a new design fee.
